Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the TOS below.
Any violation against the terms of service may result in the cancellation of the commission or even legal consequences. Additionally you will be banned from future commissions.

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from your legal guardian.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the payment has not been made within 48 hours after accepting the commission.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission if you don‘t answer within one week without giving a reason beforehand.
Please inform me about your social media name/name you want to be mentioned as, otherwise your commission will be posted anonymously.
You need to provide a clear visual reference of the character you would like to have drawn.
In case you only have a written description of your character we can work on a character design for an additional fee.
Regarding illustrations: You are aware that you‘re buying a digital good. You will receive a high-resolution .png file.

I will not draw gore, violence or any topic related to racism or hate. Ask me about sexual content (no franchise characters).

The payment is made in advance.
The payment is made via Paypal.ME.
The payment is made in Euro (€).
Please include the invoice number.
An individual payment plan is available for payments of over €400.
Full legal name and full residential address are required for commissions above €250.

A sketch includes two revisions.
Any other type of commission includes another revision in one of the later stages.
If you wish to get another revision you will have to pay a fee that is based on the complexity.
Any mistakes on my side will be revised for free.

Artist
I retain all the rights to the artwork.
I may display the finished commission or any kind of approved work in progress on any personal website or gallery and use commissioned work in promotional materials.
I may recycle sketches and works that were rejected by you for other commissions or personal works.Client
You retain all the rights to your character(s).
You are permitted to display the finished commission in your gallery but have to provide credit to me in any case.
You aren‘t permitted to use the commission in any commercial way (e.g. advertising outside your gallery, merchandise or any other way to earn money). Commercial licences are individual and can be purchased.
You aren‘t permitted to sell or mint the commission for NFT or use it for AI training.
You aren‘t allowed to alter the commissioned artwork in any way.

Commissions are completed within 1-4 weeks depending on the type of commission. Delays will be communicated.
Commissions are completed in order of purchase.
Please contact me if you need your commission to be done within a certain time.

You will get a partial refund according to the current state of the commission.
Once the final work is delivered a refund is not permitted.
You will get a full refund if I haven't delivered the commission 6 months after the payment.

You and I both agree that we will not knowingly share any private information outside of our chats/e-mails like: full legal names, residential addresses or any other private information.
